Fit
The main focus is B2B SaaS — it's where I have the most experience and proven results. Depending on the context, I work with other digital products too. If you're unsure whether your case fits, the free diagnostic is the starting point.
Services
The Growth Sprint solves acquisition, funnel and GTM problems — what happens before the user enters the product. The Product Sprint solves what happens after — activation, journey and retention. An in-depth diagnostic defines which of the two makes more sense for where you are now.
Process
With the free diagnostic. Once you have the result, you already know what stage you're at and which service makes the most sense — no call required first.
Growth Partner
Weekly or biweekly rituals to review metrics and prioritize experiments. A direct channel between sessions. A monthly progress report. 3-month minimum contract — the time needed to see consistent results.
Execution
It depends on the service. In the diagnostic, I deliver analysis and recommendations. In the sprints, I combine strategy with focused execution. In the Growth Partner, I act as a strategic partner — I guide, prioritize and support the team's execution.
Results
It depends on the stage and the problem. After the in-depth diagnostic, the first levers become clear within 2 weeks. In sprints, measurable results show up between 4 and 8 weeks. In the Growth Partner, the first learning cycle happens in the first month.
Stage
Both — but the work is different. In early stage the focus is structuring the minimum needed to grow predictably. In a more mature product it's about increasing speed and connecting teams better. The free diagnostic identifies which approach makes sense for where you are now.
Tools
It depends on the stage. For analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar. For CRM: RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive. For automation: N8N, Make, Zapier. For product: Amplitude, FullStory. Part of the diagnostic is mapping what's missing and what's underused in the current stack.
